I’m Paul Ippolito, Principal of Ippolito Advisory.

We’re a consultancy helping solicitors set up, launch, grow, and optimise their solo law practices.

I set up our own law firm more than 15 years ago and have helped others do the same.

My decades of experience across law, legal education, coaching, business, people and general management, and law firm leadership help me guide solicitors on this journey.

I’ve been on the tools, in the courtroom, and across the table with clients in both litigation and transactional matters.

I’ve also taught law students and lawyers, and I’ve worked inside the business of law.

I still practise at Ippolito Lawyers. I still teach. I still run that law firm.

I live what I teach and preach and I enjoy it all.

With a multidisciplinary, no-nonsense approach, we provide coaching, consulting, and legal futurist insights that add value to solicitors who want to launch, grow, and optimise their solo law firms.
