Paul has a unique background in counselling, management of up to 100 people in up to a six office setting, experience as both a litigator as well as transactional lawyer, law firm principal, advisory business principal and lecturer in law as well as having also taught management.
He has run his own law firm for more than 18 years, continues to practise through Ippolito Lawyers, still teaches, and has advised many lawyers including those building, strengthening, and reshaping independent practices through Ippolito Advisor including barristers and solicitors thinking of transitioning to the Bar.
His experience spans counselling, legal practice, legal education, business and people management, and law firm leadership.
The work is practical and direct.
It focuses on strategy, systems, control, positioning and how solo practices need to evolve in a profession being reshaped by technology and AI.
